Since beginning the practice of law, Ms. Ciccarelli has consistently practiced in the area of foreclosure and consumer debt representing both creditors and consumers. Using a comprehensive approach, Ms. Ciccarelli has negotiated and managed debts in default to avoid collection and save assets, litigating when necessary and holding the lenders accountable for errors and mismanagement. Ms. Ciccarelli knows and understands regulations including rights under RESPA, TILA and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and uses those regulations to protect and defend.
Ms. Ciccarelli graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law and the Whitehead School of Diplomacy in 2009 with a dual degree in Law and International Relations with a focus in economics.
